We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Product Team in Center City Philadelphia!



As a Technical Product Manager at Tridiuum, you are passionate about building life-changing products and thrive on solving difficult problems. You have a history of delivering products customers love and successful product launches. As part of our product team, you will fill the role of Product Owner on your SCRUM team squad and be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Establish and execute the vision and strategy of technical product initiatives including integrations with EMRs, API functionality, technical risk mitigation, and system performance methods and strategies
  • Be the voice of the customer in prioritization, planning and design sessions
  • Own the backlog and conduct backlog grooming sessions
  • Translate requirements into well-rounded user stories and provide details and guidance to the engineering team
  • Develop Functional and Technical Specifications where needed to support the user stories
  • Work with the team to design wireframes, user journey maps, mock-ups and any other elements, as needed
  • Work across squads as needed to supply technical product management expertise
  • Track and monitor operational performance metrics
  • Evaluate the market for capability-oriented and emerging development and technology trends
  • Develop, manage and communicate roadmap, release dates, milestones, and risks
  • Support the team in the creation, review and distribution of Release Notes and Demos
  • Articulate business and technical problems to the team to aid in the assessment of product gaps
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product, its features, benefits, and value to customers and end-users
  • Work closely with the Engineering, QA and Infrastructure teams on requirements, feature prioritization, business value, user experience, and owner acceptance of all key features


  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical product management, product management or product owner role
  • Understanding of APIs, 3rd party integrations, webhooks, authentication, and technical documentation
  • Working knowledge of software development tools, web and/or database technologies, such as Ruby on Rails, React, PostgresSQL or other similar technologies.
  • Experience with prevailing and emerging technologies, including APIs, SDKs, authentication services/SSO, and data aggregation products with engineering approaches for scale and performance
  • Experience developing user stories, establishing acceptance criteria, and conducting backlog grooming
  • Ability to translate user feedback into actionable designs and specifications for the engineering and QA teams
  • History analyzing business needs and gaps in product performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to distill complex problems into non-complex language
  • Understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodology
  • Previous experience in a technical role
  • Detail oriented
  • Must be able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing objectives, ambiguous situations, and priority interruptions
